I recently upgraded both my headlights and my fog lights to LED bulbs along with installing a capacitor. I bought two but only used one now. My issue is with my lights on my headlights are on, but I have no fog lights when I switch the headlights to bright my head lamps don’t brighten, but only the fog lights come on Please help

I would return everything back to stock and see how things work (or not). If they worked properly before the "upgrade" and work properly again after removing it...
I added a obstacle detection system to my truck. It wouldn't shut up and the red indicator lights that went on the windshield posts were so bright that they almost blinded you. I complained to the seller and they didn't reply. I disconnected the power to the system. Now I have unusable sensors in my rear bumper that fill the holes I had to drill for them. Oh well. Chap

Would some type of resistor or canbus module make your system work?

I used Oxilam bulbs for both headlights and foglights in 2002 Sequoia and had no issues. Truly plug and play. I have a side facing garage that with a board fence that is 50 feet from the garage door. With the Sequoia backed into the garage, I marked the upper edges of the beam patterns for both dim and bright before changing to the LEDs and then after install, compared the new beam pattern with the halogen tape marks. No adjustments up or down were required. The bulbs were advertised to throw properly in the housings and they lived up to the claim.
